The following steps are for the installation of your MyVisionX scanner:

Networking Requirements

Static IP address at the workstation is not required by the Sendpoint Merchant Capture application; however, this may be required in your local network environment to accommodate firewall rules.

Firewall will need to allow HTTPS transmissions across standard port 443.

Firewall will need to allow HTTPS transmissions across standard port 80.

Browser Settings
Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8 are required for Remote Deposit Capture.
You will need to change your Trusted Sites Zone in your browser security settings. This is required for the application to function properly and only affects the sites listed in your Trusted Sites Zone.
